In this spectacular demonstration, join Chef Jozef Harrewyn from The Chef’s Corner Café as he shows you how to prepare some his favorite dishes. Chef Jozef’s food is beautiful and classic and in this class he’ll show you how simple it is to prepare in your own kitchen. Watch, taste, and learn how things that seem challenging, can be easy to prepare with a few basic techniques and a couple solid tricks. Chef Jozef has many years of experience from competing in international culinary competitions to teaching at the New England Culinary Institute and more. In this class Jozef will prepare dishes from his childhood homes of South Africa and Belgium that he’s nostalgic about as well as classic French preparations for pastry. 100% of the profits from this class will be donated to the Williston Food Shelf.
