Why is “core”and “core strength” something you hear about all the time? Is it just a buzz word, or is it really something to focus on? Our local Rolfer, Robert Rex, will use techniques from Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi, and Rolfing® Movement Integration to help you find, understand, strengthen and utilize your core for better flexibility, posture and spinal stabilization. Robert’s series of dynamic exercises are easy to learn and will energize you after a long day.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing in which you can stretch, and please bring your yoga mat if you have one (there are a limited number available). Class is about one hour, with a second hour available to sample Rolfing treatments, or to ask questions.
