Cheese Making Class with Roberta Parisi

After a week-long cheese making class with David Asher, Roberta Parisi is ready to show us what she learned. Please join us for a class on cheese making in the traditional way. Amongst the cheeses, we will make are camembert and brie, cheddar, whey ricotta, cultured butter, and yogurt. We will even discuss how to make home -made rennet.
