Cheesemaking Class with Roberta Devers-Scott

A student of David Asher’s, Roberta will teach us cheesemaking in the traditional way. We will learn to use our own cultures rather than store-bought, and will even discuss how to make homemade rennet. This class will focus on mozzarella, cheddar, whey ricotta, cultured butter, and yogurt all made from grass-fed, raw milk!
