Learn how to WOW your guests with a Mediterranean-style meal. In this hands-on class we’ll experiment with classic Greek ingredients, learn the tricks to working with phyllo dough, the basics of grilling meat, and try traditional from-scratch lavash bread. We’ll also put on a sizzling demonstration on how to make flaming cheese. You’ll leave with the recipes and know-how to dazzle your own guests with a Mediterranean meal at home!

On the Menu:

-Twice strained Greek yogurt with oil, zatar spices, and warm lavash

 -Buttery spanakopita bites with golden raisins

-Marinated grilled lamb skewers with citrus mint vinaigrette

-Saganaki (Greek flaming cheese!)
