Lotsa Pasta! Exploring Pasta Making

Not all pastas are created equal. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn what goes into making beautiful fresh pasta. We’ll experiment with a pasta machine, roll our dough, cut it into noodles and learn the basics of making a classic sauce. Then we’ll try the king of ravioli, Uova da raviolo, which is made with a whole egg yolk soft cooked within it — a true delight to see made and to taste. Prego! Join us for all things pasta.
