Practicing Mindfulness with Pierre Zimmerman
May 3, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
Mindfulness is an age-old tool used to focus ones attention to the present moment. The best part is, it is available to everyone and helps us respond to everyday challenges, calmly and clearly. It may sound too good to be true, but it is possible. Almost 1,200 Saratogians have attended the Saratoga Stress Reduction Program. The popularity of mindfulness speaks to its effectiveness but it’s not just a passing fad. This powerful technique helps people grow, heal and create a better balance of both being and doing. Join Pierre Zimmerman to learn how to have more control of your life through the practices of mediation, gentle-movement, relaxation, assertive communication, loving kindness and compassion. Come discover mindfulness for yourself.
About Pierre: Pierre manages One Big Roof, a Wellness workshop and retreat center on Broadway in Saratoga.
