Ravenous in Rio: Exploring Brazilian Cuisine!

Do your Friday nights need a little culture? Spend an evening at the Learning Center exploring the wonderful world of Brazilian cuisine! We’ll talk about Brazilian culture and how it was formed. Plus, our fabulous Learning Center assistant, Guthrie, who lived in Brazil, will be with us — he speaks fluent Portuguese and KNOWS the food! Together, we’ll dive into cooking up an authentically Brazilian meal with sustainably caught fish, learn how to source good seafood and cook it to perfection. It’s a travel adventure for the taste buds, with no passport necessary.
On the menu:
-Pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread)
-Fried yucca with cilantro citrus chimichurri
-Moqueca (Brazilian coconut and fish soup)
