It’s tapas night! Come and create a spread of Spanish sophistication. We’ll be preparing a wide variety of appetizers and delectable snacks— or “tapas”— like an unforgettable, quick-and-easy pesto, seasonal tartare and Spanish mussels. Learn how to source meat that is safe for raw consumptions and the tricks to cooking seafood to proper doneness. We’ll also have a demonstration on making a Spanish omelet, or tortilla Espanola—the most classic tapa of them all! It’s an action-packed evening of tantalizing food and learning, to bring tapas night to your home!
On the Menu:
Crostini // Burrata, chili and citrus pesto, anchovy
Chef’s choice seasonal tartare // Local herbs, foraged spring delicacies, local beef and farm egg
Spanish Mussels // Chorizo, brandy, cream, crispy potato
Tortilla Espanola // Local eggs, fingerling potatoes, sweet onion
