Vegan Dim Sum

Wok and roll in our delicious dim sum class! We’re bringing the Chinese tradition of special bite-sized delights to the Learning Center. Participants will learn to prepare a variety of dim sum recipes and work with unusual ingredients. We’ll learn how and WHY to use a wok and discuss the basics of deep-frying food. Come make some and eat some dim sum!

On the Menu:

Scallion pancakes // served crispy with dumpling sauce

Hot and Sour Soup // shitakes, tofu, seasonal vegetable

Wok Fried Green Beans // black bean paste, garlic, ginger

Sweet potato dumplings // Chinese five spice seasoning, tofu, sweet chili
