Make some, eat some, love some DIM SUM!

Vegans and veggie lovers, this class will teach you the basics of making your own amazing dim sum. We’ll expand your knowledge of gluten-based doughs, learn proper wok technique and frying basics.  From a simple scallion pancake to more unique dim sum recipes and a classic hot and sour soup that hits every note, we’ll be cooking up a fantastic meal, minus the usual meaty bits. After this hands-on class, you’ll be ready to wok and roll in your home kitchen!

On the Menu:

-Scallion pancakes with classic dumpling sauce

-Vegan hot and sour soup

-Wok fried garlic green beans

-Sweet potato and tofu fried dumpling balls with sweet chili sauce and hot mustard
