Fragrant, fresh and balanced, Vietnamese food is admired for it’s distinctively bright flavors without the use of dairy and heavy oils. We have a very VEGAN evening planned, cooking and feasting Vietnamese style. Class participants will learn how to assemble Spring rolls and cook rice properly. We’ll also cover basic knife skills, sauce making and learn how to fry tofu to a scrumptious crisp. You’ll leave satiated and happy, with a whole new set of Vietnamese recipes to make at home!
On the Menu:
-Spring rolls // Fresh seasonal vegetables, five spice peanut sauce
-Tofu bun // Rice noodles, spicy ginger XO sauce, crispy tofu, Vietnamese herbs
-Coconut sticky // Black rice, fresh mango
