New Products 7/2/2018 (Vermont)

Say hello to summer! Check out all the exciting new arrivals from our talented, committed farm partners – from produce and cheese to beautiful bouquets. As the warm sun nourishes our body and soul, so do these healthy foods and products. And the best part? No chance of a sunburn!

Produce

Local organic tomatoes – We have sweet Sakura red cherry tomatoes from Burnt Rock Farm, mixed cherry tomato pints and red slicing tomatoes from Jericho Settlers, and heirloom pink, red, and yellow tomatoes from Pete’s Greens. Many more varieties to come in the next few weeks while we become local, delicious, fresh, tomato central!

Local organic raspberries – Adam’s Berry Farm brought us our first local raspberries this week, and they couldn’t come too soon. We’ll have raspberries from them through the summer into the fall!

Organic figs – At last! Organic figs are now in season, starting with Black Mission and Brown Turkey varieties. Figs are excellent fresh, chopped in salads, used in baked goods or baked in savory dishes….they’re one of the most versatile fruits and beloved by chefs. Look for green Sierra and Calimyrna varieties later in the season for an extra pop of color!

Available for a very limited time, so limited we only got one wheel at each store. Come quick!

Maple Hill Creamery Organic Grass-fed Chocolate Milk – It’s hard to find anything wrong with chocolate milk. Add on certified organic, and certified grass-fed and you’ve got a winner.
