March 2017 – In the Kitchen with Sam Pierre



Kale, an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that is packed with vitamins and minerals.  It is something that sounds like it should be in your medicine cabinet but it’s actually sitting in your refrigerator. This powerhouse green is a superfood that has so many nutritional benefits and it tastes great.

In this class we will move away from basic sauteeing and focus on three new ways to prepare this delicious green.  I think it will have you coming back for more.
