Raspberry Fennel Bellinis
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 head fennel
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine (we like champagne, but you can certainly use prosecco or cava if they’re more to your taste)
Juice the raspberries and fennel separately then combine raspberry and fennel juice to your liking; we find a 1:1 ratio works nicely. Mix the raspberry/fennel juice with an equal amount of sparkling wine in a pitcher. Pour and enjoy!
