Garlic Tahini Sauce
- 1/2 cup well stirred tahini
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small handful parsley
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper; as desired
- EVOO and water; to thin
Pulse all ingredients except for water and oil until smooth. Thin with about 50/50 water to oil until desired consistency is reached.
