Indian Fresh Peach Salad
This recipe stars fresh, in-season peaches combined with some simple Indian spices. The result is a side dish that offers a truly unique taste that’s sure to please your palette.
2½ lbs fresh peaches
3 TB sugar or 1½ TB agave syrup
½ tsp sea salt
1½ tsp ground roasted cumin
1½ TB fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp or less cayenne pepper
Peel and slice the peaches. Place them in a serving bowl, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
