GF Vegan Chocolate Orange Pot de Creme

2 (14 oz) cans Coconut Milk
10 oz Force Noir Chocolate (dark melting chocolate)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Instant Espresso Powder
2 tsp Orange Zest
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Candied Orange Zest as garnish
Put coconut milk in a pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Chop chocolate in cuisinart or blender. Put chopped chocolate into a bowl and pour hot coconut milk over it. Add remaining ingredients and blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Pour into 4 oz cups. Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours. Garnish with candied orange zest when ready to serve.
