Peppermint Chocolate-Covered Pretzels (Vegan)

  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pretzels (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy canes 
  • Sea salt (optional)
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Place the coated pretzels on parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy canes and a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
