A Visit to O Bread Bakery

Last week Lucy and I went to make cheese at Shelburne Farms and while there decided to go next door for a quick visit with our friends at O Bread Bakery, located at the far right corner of the farm barn courtyard.  As you walk in to the little bakery you are greeted by the earthy smells of shelves filled with freshly baked organic breads and desserts for your buying pleasure. They had just taken some freshly baked rolls out of the ovens, which they use at a food cart located in the courtyard. We got lucky and happened to be visiting the farm on the last day lunch was being served at the cart, what a wonderful treat!

On another rack, trays of three types of ciabatta were resting before being put into the ovens. O Bread Bakery may be small but they are producing a lot of amazing organic breads and sweet treats with big flavor! Stop by the bread department at Healthy Living to pick some up today, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
