Meet Angela Amedio, one of our Healthy Living Taste Makers! Taste Makers are members of our community who live, eat, and breathe the Healthy Living lifestyle. Angela and her husband Gerry are the Owner/Operator’s of the Saratoga Cycling Studio(SCS).

Our philosophy is simple: have the best instructors and excellent equipment in a comfortable environment that anyone from a beginner to an avid outdoor cyclist can enjoy.

No membership or enrollment fees! All sign-ups are online making it easy and convenient for you to secure your spot in any class up to one month in advance.

Angela and SCS are offering a FREE Spinning 101 class at their studio on November 23rd from 10:45am – 11:30am. Class Description: 30 – 40 minutes that include bike set-up, explanation of the Spinning program and a short ride to get you comfortable on the bike and ready for your first class.
