Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab Holiday Will Call!

The last month of 2013 brings us many wonderful scents from Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab.

The December lunacy is Moon of the Terrible, described by the Lab as: “Winter snow with white lavender, benzoin, lychee, white resins, and a cluster of melancholy, lachrymose lunar herbs”. 

It’s also Yule time! BPAL has truly outdone themselves this year with Yule themed scents and many of them will also be for sale at our Will Call event on Sunday, December 22 from 4-7 p.m. in the Learning Center!

This is also a very special Will Call because we will be doing a Food and Toy drive as well during the event. Black Phoenix has created two special scents for this event. If you bring a food (non-perishable) donation of $10 you will receive a bottle of :

The Harvesters: Pear trees, boiled oats, and wine beside a ripe field of wheat waving under a late-summer sun.

If you bring a new toy of a $10 value, you will receive a bottle of:

Hunters in the Snow: The scent of a calm, grey winter’s day: bare trees and cooking fires, thick blankets of snow, and icy, frozen rivers.

These special oils are while supplies last and they are an event exclusive, so you must show up to take part!

All of the food donations that we receive will go to the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf and all the toy donations that we receive will be going to the Vermont Children’s Hospital at Fletcher Allen.
