Cheese at SPAC’s Food & Wine Fest

THE CONNOISSEUR’S TENT was a huge hit this past Saturday as part of SPAC’s exquisite Food and Wine Fest.  We were extremely proud to be the exclusive culinary purveyor in the tent! Our dedicated Cheesemonger Jon prepared ticket-holders with a spread so epic you wanted to visit more than once… and people sure did!

 

Our amazing Cheese Manager, Jon set up a beautiful spread including local, award-winning cheeses for sampling at the Food and Wine Fest. All the cheese he made available are also available for purchase in our store. Take a look at some of the cheese’s Jon featured by clicking this link.  We also had the pleasure of inviting local cheesemarker’s to  join us to talk about their cheese making process and different  products which just aided in more conversation with the hundreds who stopped by the table. Included were:

Joe Marosek, Strata
