Cheese of the Week: Does’ Leap Chevre

This wonderful organic fresh goats’ milk cheese is made by hand in East Fairfield, Vermont. We are thrilled to be carrying some of the first batches of the season. You will find sweet and complex flavors in the folds of this rich, fluffy, and smooth cheese. It is excellent paired with a good crusty bread.
