Cinnamon Ornaments – Every Penny You Pay Goes Directly to Spectrum

We’re proud to support Spectrum this month, whose mission of helping at-risk and homeless youth inspires us every day. We’re saying “thanks” by donating every single cent of the purchase price of these cinnamon bark ornaments directly to Spectrum. You’ll find these hanging on our wire trees in Produce and at our Customer Service desk.

Spectrum Youth and Family Services is located right in the Old North End of Burlington. Their mission, according to their website, is “To empower teenagers, young adults, people with a history of violence and their families to make and sustain positive changes through prevention, intervention, and life skills services.”

It is through donations, their dedicated staff, volunteers and mentors that allow Spectrum to offer emergency shelter, transitional living, and a number of support programs for at-risk youth.

Every cent counts and helps Spectrum to achieve their mission and vision every day. In addition to the ornaments, donations are accepted at our registers through the end of December. Thank you for all the support!
