Dogfish Head 120min – Very limited!

She’s here! And in very limited quantity! Dogfish Head likes to call this brew the ‘Holy Grail of Hopheads’ and, with 120 IBUs, we couldn’t agree more. With 15-20% alcohol content per 12 ounces, this ale is a real kicker. It’s been boiled for two full hours while being continuously hopped, then dry hopped for a month and then aged for another month on whole-leaf hops. This beauty will be fabulous fresh, and just as fabulous if you decide to cellar it until a special occasion.
