Easy Breakfast: Overnight Oats

Step 1:
Pour oats into a mason jar or other glass container with cover. You can use traditional rolled oats or steel cut.

Step 2: Add your milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy), until the oats are well-covered.

Step 3: Add nuts, dried fruit, seeds, etc. If you want some ingredients to be crunchier, add them in the morning.

Step 4: Mix all ingredients and seal container. Let soak overnight. At least 4 hours for rolled oats, 12 hours for steel cut.

Step 5: In the morning, add sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or sugar), and more dairy to achieve desired consistency.

Step 6: Enjoy heated up in a bowl or straight from the container!
