Gluten Free Pumpkin Ale

You read that title correctly; Steadfast Beer Co. has just released their first limited edition seasonal gluten free ale…and it’s pumpkin flavored! The fermentable ingredients used in Pumpkin Spice Ale are white sorghum, brown rice, pumpkin puree and molasses; so you know that this pumpkin ale is truly gluten free! With an alcohol content of 6.0% by volume, Pumpkin Spice Ale pours a straw amber color with aromas of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice and pumpkin pie spice. All of these flavors are confirmed on the palate, as it finishes with a refreshing bite, from the Cascade hops that were used. Perfect for the season!
