Healthy Living Bulk Department LOVES Nutty Steph’s Granola!

Nutty Steph is a wonderful Vermont granola bakery founded in 2003 when Jaquelyn Rieke (aka -Nutty Steph) had a dream and decided to make her first batch of Vermont Granola.  Due to the immediate and unbelievable deliciousness of this granola, the business has since expanded – adding a new chocolate factory and a whole new range of delicious VT made products!  These include: granola, artisan chocolate bars, trail mixes, and all sorts of delicious treats offered in their flagship store and bakery.

Nutty Steph’s granola is handmade in small batches in Woodbury, Vermont by a crew of three who oversee every step of the process: from painstakingly stirring the ingredients by hand, to arranging the granola just so on baking sheets for an even and crisp bake.  The work atmosphere is close and friendly and includes a collaborative meal agreement: each baking shift, crew members take turns preparing lunch for all. Special touches like this bring the crew closer. There is a lot of love that goes into the making of Nutty Steph’s Granola and it shows in the phenomenal flavor of the finished product!

Nutty Steph’s Granolas are free of refined sugar and sweetened only with pure maple syrup. The granola itself is made from pure simple ingredients: thick rolled oats, Vermont maple syrup, sunflower oil, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, sea salt.  Their head of production, Patrick, has painstakingly sourced only the finest of ingredients; he says the nuts are a lot more expensive than many other options, but worth it for their superior quality.
