Healthy Living Café Welcomes You!

At the Healthy Living Café you can choose from a variety of baked goods, healthy prepared hot and cold foods, desserts and you can always find vegan and gluten free options.  Our staff is busy day in and day out preparing dishes that will please your taste buds. Also visit our drink bar where we offer organic smoothies, juices and locally roasted coffees, teas and espresso.

Our in house bakery offers a daily selection of vegan, gluten free and classic baked goods including: scones, muffins, cookies, bakery swirls, croissants and other pastries.  In our bakery case you can also find prepared desserts, cakes, tarts, cupcakes and much more.

On the deli side we have a hot food bar and a cold salad and fruit bar. Perfect if you’re looking for a healthy, quick lunch or if you don’t feel like cooking for the family. You can choose from various soups, side dishes, meats and vegetarian options that incorporate cultural influences and healthy twists on classic dishes as well.  We offer sandwiches made to order or “grab and go” salads and sandwiches if you’re on the run.  Our friendly knowledgeable staff is always on hand to answer any questions you may have. Our drink bar includes a full espresso menu including: lattes, cappuccinos, coffees & teas, hot cocoa, steamed maple milk, etc. We offer organic smoothies to please any palate, at any age. We also have a full juice bar where we prepare juices made to order using the freshest, organic produce. Our ingredients at the juice bar include spinach, kale, parsley, cucumber, celery, carrots, beets, lemon and ginger.

We do our best here at Healthy Living to support local businesses. Our Coffee comes from Tierra Farms located in Valatie, NY and Gimme! Coffee from Ithaca NY. Our espresso comes from Uncommon Grounds right here in the heart of Saratoga Springs; and our assortment of caffeinated and herbal teas comes from Vermont Artisan Coffee and Tea company in Waterbury, Vermont. We also offer these brands in our bulk section! Our goal is to please our customers. We hope you find what you’re looking for and something new!  As always, enjoy and bon appetite!
