Healthy Living Loves Local: Kimball Brook Farm

We are happy to carry a variety of products from Kimball Brook Farm in both our Vermont and New York locations. We carry both their milks and creams from their farm located in Vermont’s Champlain Valley. The Certified Organic Farm that stretches 955 acres  is home to a herd of 200 gorgeous Jersey and Holsteins who are grass-grazed. The cows also fertilize the land and walk to their pastures throughout the seven-month growing season. This exercise supports their well-being while it also helps to contribute to the health of their milk.

The Certified Organic dairy that we carry from Kimball is not only delicious but it’s almost a super food with all of it’s healthy attributes. The milk and cream that comes from Kimball Brook are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in protein, and packed with cancer-fighting CLA’s.
