Healthy Living Loves Local: Knee Deep Farm

Knee Deep farm is a small family farm run by Eliza & Shane Steffens tucked near the Green Mountains in Jeffersonville, Vermont. Eliza and Shane have 15 years of combined experience working on farms having started at the Intervale and have just acquired their beautiful patch of land in Jeffersonville. They grow certified organic garlic, herbs and vegetables as well as have a small flock of laying hens. They are very much looking forward to putting their ideas into action and getting involved with the community.  Come check out their farmer highlight table in the produce department 7 days a week.
