When it comes to eating local bread, it doesn’t get much better than Red Hen Baking Company.  Not only are the scrumptious baguettes, loaves, rolls, and pizza crusts baked fresh in Middlesex, VT every day, but a select number of their products are made exclusively with grains sourced from Vermont’s own Nitty Gritty Grains and Gleason Grains!  And if you thought it couldn’t get any better, it does: most of the ingredients used are certified organic!  Sustainability-minded owners Liza Cain & Randy George, along with their top-notch team, are proud to provide these artisanal beauties and we’re proud to have them on our shelves.
