Freshly hearth baked crusty breads are the centerpiece of our Bread department in Saratoga Springs. We are truly lucky to have so many local artisan bread bakers in our community.

Hailing from West Rupert, Vermont, Rupert Rising Breads brings us fresh baked Pain au Levain, Baguette au Levain and Jed’s Seven Grain breads.

Naturally leavened with a culture made from organic flour, water and sea salt. Jedediah Mayer hearth bakes his yeast free breads in a wood fired oven.
