Healthy Living Loves Local and in our Saratoga Breads department we offer fresh baked, never frozen, gluten free, breads, rolls, pizza crusts and cookies made right here in Saratoga by Saratoga Gluten Free Goods in their dedicated gluten free bakery.

Saratoga Gluten Free Goods is owned and operated by MaryAnna O’Donnell, Jeanne Daley and Robert Averill.  The business was started by MaryAnna and Jeanne in 2008, not in an attempt to jump on the gluten free bandwagon but out of their own individual and family need to eat gluten free. Disappointed with the lack of taste, texture and nutrition in the gluten free bread products on the market they decided they could do better; they also believed that it was important to have access to products that are fresh not just frozen. Robert joined the business in 2010 and as he is without a gluten restriction he is the bakery’s official taste and texture go to guy.

Saratoga Gluten Free Goods has steadily grown since then from the business’s initial sales venue at The Gansevoort Farmers Market to provide fresh breads and desserts to retailers and restaurants around the Capital District and beyond.  Saratoga Gluten Free Goods is proud to offer FRESH not frozen breads and sweets prepared in a GREAT Certified Gluten Free Kitchen. They shop with local providers, use organic flours and are always GMO free.
