Vermont Brownie Company was established in 2008 with one mission in mind, to bring the world the most unique and decadent gourmet brownies on the market. They are reaching their mission by using premium farm-fresh ingredients from Vermont. Here is the list of the many local products they are using in their brownies; Cabot Butter, Shadow Cross Farm eggs, King Arthur flour, Vermont Butter & Cheese Creamery Chevre, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Dark Magic espresso beans, Maple Syrup from various local producers, local raspberries (when in season) and even some of the Callebaut chocolate is manufactured in St. Albans. The Vermont “flavor” goes beyond just their use of all-natural local ingredients. Their whimsical packaging captures Vermont’s rural sophistication and pays tribute to the people and places that make Vermont a special place to live.
