Here’s One Of My Favorite Spinach Related Snacks:

Spinach and Cucumber Sandwich:
bread of your choice (I like Red Hen Rye or a honey wheat bread)
thinly sliced cucumber
slices of honey crisp apple
Peter Christian’s or Fox’s mustard sauce
local large leaf spinach
Shelburn Farm’s 2 year aged cheddar
Build and enjoy!
