The HR Generalist at Healthy Living is responsible for all functions of Human Resources, including but not limited to: all recruiting, terminations and hiring practices, orientations, benefit enrollment, workers compensation, general liability insurance, unemployment insurance, staff appreciation, oversight of weekly payroll, managing multiple staff databases, management guidance regarding internal staff issues and staff education.
This position stays busy, and is never bored! We are looking for an extremely organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely loves to serve. This individual should also find excitement in collaboration as this person will work with the Vermont HR team to ensure that strong systems and clear procedures/protocols are maintained and implemented company-wide. You are here to serve our staff and managers every day, all day. You must love people, problem solving and of course — food!
All candidates must possess a BA in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of HR experience and past experience in a service-oriented industry.
