HL_NY* Operations Manager

Healthy Living and Cafe is hiring a full-time Facility Manager (FM) for our new location at the Wilton Mall.

We are seeking an experienced individual whose background includes the following:
– Facility Maintenance: regular building maintenance, understanding and operation of building systems and equipment, refrigeration, HVAC
– Safety and Compliance; a strong understanding of OSHA regulations, building and fire safety codes, food safety guidelines
– The ability to manage a large Operations budget; including store supplies, maintenance contracts, and equipment purchasing
– Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to oversee and manage relationships with service providers (including contract negotiation), internal staff and the general public
– Staff management; our FM manages our Receiver and any assistants.
– Working in a collaborative environment to accomplish various projects and improvements
