January Community Partner – Women Helping Battered Women

This month in our Front End, we are thrilled to be raising funds for Women Helping Battered Women (WHBW), an amazing, hard-working organization in Burlington, VT.

According to their website, “WHBW has evolved into the largest service provider for domestic abuse victims in Vermont, serving Chittenden County.  (They) believe that all adults and children have the right to live without fear of abuse – sexual, physical, emotional, or financial.”

Representatives and volunteers from WHBW will be in the store to table and talk to guests about their work a few times throughout the month. Stop in on January 10th, 11th, 17th, 24th, 25th and 31st to speak to pay them a visit.

Donations will be accepted at our registers all month in whatever amount you are able to give. Every penny counts, and WHBW and us are very appreciative of all donations.
