Healthy Living and Cafe is on the “cutting edge” of the popular Juicing craze! Our Cafe is the ONLY all Organic Juice and Smoothie Bar in the Saratoga area.

We also offer a popular one,three, or five day Juice Cleanse.  All you have to do is call our juice coordinator at (518) 306-4900 ext.502 and they will walk you through the process.

For the at-home juicer, our produce department offers fresh organic juice bags ready to go! These bags contain 3lbs of  Organic fruits and vegetables. Some of the ingredients we have been experimenting with are fennel, swiss chard, pear, and different types of radish including watermelon, daikon, and classic red radish! Radish aids in digestion and helps to cleanse the liver while fennel is full of vitamin C, Iron, and Potassium.
