Learn to make Fresh Fruit Tarts
It’s time to wake up, smell the pastry crust and realize it’s not as hard as it seems to make these tasty fresh fruit desserts! On Tuesday, August 31, you can learn the secrets to making a classic pastry crust and pastry cream (a French dessert filling that’s creamy and full of vanilla), as well as how to glaze a tart to add that professional touch. Each student will leave with his or her own tasty, fruit-filled tart!
