Local Cucumbers!

Beat the heat! Try this cooling local cucumber easy recipe to accompany any summertime favorite. Great as snack or side, also as a garnish in your favorite libation!
Miskell’s Farm Organic Cucumbers With a Lemon Zest and Thyme Agave Nectar Dressing
Dressing:  In a small bowl, zest the peels of two medium lemons. Then half and juice them. Add 2 tablespoons of Agave Nectar and about five sprigs of fresh thyme.
Slice up 2-3 Organic Miskell’s Farm Cucumbers to your liking.
Mix, salt to taste and enjoy!
