THE CONNOISSEUR’S TENT at the Saratoga Food and Wine Festival, where we again were extremely proud to be the exclusive culinary purveyor! Our dedicated Meat Department Manager, Paul, was there providing ticket-holders with a spread full of variety and tasty treats.

We mentioned it before in an earlier post, where there’s cheese, hors d’oeuvres, and wine, there must too be meat; our fabulous Meat Buyer extraordinaire Paul Hoffman didn’t let anyone down! His spread was fabulous and delicious. He brought to sample many different domestic and imported meats, salamis and house charcuterie. Take a look!
