THE BALANCE BLEND

We have recently been in collaboration with our friends at Tierra Farm to create our new proprietary coffee blend. We went through about 9 different coffees, trying different combinations of coffees from different regions, all with their own unique roast, before being blown away by The Balanced Blend. This exclusive blended coffee is made in collaboration with Tierra Farms and has quickly become a staff favorite.

This amazingly drinkable mélange of Guatemalan, Ethiopian, and Honduran coffees starts out dark & chocolatey before it mellows to a delicately fruit-forward finish. The beans are 80% medium-roast and 20% dark, which makes for a beautifully balanced blend. We’ve proud to have worked with our partners-in-deliciousness, Tierra Farms, to bring you this amazing coffee!

You can currently find it in our bulk department and soon being served (for a limited time) hot from our café. Enjoy!
