Organic Finger Limes – Buck Brand Citrus  -Deer Creek Heights Ranch: Finger Limes are sometimes called Caviar Limes – they have a similar texture to caviar, but are sour and limey.  Native to Australia, these are grown in Colorado by Deer Creek Heights Ranch, and adventuresome ranch that grows many of our super specialty citrus varieties.  Finger Limes are elongated, slightly curved, and can vary in color from deep red to light green, depending on the maturity of the tree that produced them.  This is a wild fruit variety!

Organic Valencia Oranges: These oranges are also called Juicing Oranges because they are ideal for that purpose – they have a lot of juice and are considered the best for it.  They look very similar to navels, but they do have a few seeds (navels are seedless).

FYI – Navel oranges are called navels because they have that belly button like spot – which is actually another twin orange – and that is how you can tell them apart.  No navel? It’s probably a valencia.

Organic Daisy Tangerines: Tangerines are super sweet! They do have seeds, and are a little harder to peel than mandarins – but they are easily the sweetest of the citrus varieties.  Sometimes the best citrus in life takes a little more work!

Mandarins are a subspecies of tangerine, and are extremely popular because they are seedless and super easy to peel, but they taste totally different from a really good Daisy tangerine.
