Baked Goods

The Bakery @ Roots, formerly Baba a Louis, was reinvented in late 2013 when Donald Billings purchased the business from previous owner Jerry Sojourner. Donald’s vision was to maintain the integrity of the product while offering the community a new gathering place. The Bakery moved to a new location and increased in size. Our products have withstood the test of time and continue to put smiles on the faces of our guests. From breads with starters as old as 14 years, to english muffins, everything is made fresh, by hand each day.
