In a rush? Follow these easy directions to navigate the store in a flash and grab the essentials for a tasty and nutritious dinner!
Shopping Guide
Start at the prep area to make sure the key ingredients are available.
Grab…
- Pre cooked roast chicken
- Pre cooked grilled veggies
- Pre cooked faro or grain of choice- there are typically a number of options!
Next stop condiment isle…
- grab the champagne vinegar if you don’t already have it stocked in your pantry
Cruise on over to the produce section…
- Grab one lemon
- Pick up garlic, unless it is something you already have at home
- Herbs… if you have an herb garden at home, grab whatever you’d like! Or stop by the ‘greens’ section and choose whatever looks tasty and fresh.
- Mint
- Rosemary
- Basil
- Cilantro
- Chives, etc.

Grab a mixture of veggies…
- Beets
- Sweet Potatoes
- Butternut Squash
- Caramelized Onions, etc.
Next stop: the buffet bar, choose some salad toppings…
- Celery
- Carrots
- Sprouts
- Tomatoes, and whatever else catches you eye.
- You can also grab a big container of pre pre-cut and washed salad greens if you’re really in a pinch.
Swing by the cheese department…
- Grab some pre shredded cheddar cheese
Stop by the condiment section…
- Find a bottle of balsamic vinegar if you don’t already have it at home
Scoot on over to the coolers…
- Milk
- Eggs
Last stop: the produce section, pick up some type of salad greens…
- Romaine
- Arugula
- Spring mix
- Spinach, etc. Remember, the darker the green the better!
- And don’t forget the fresh parsley!
