Balsamic Herb Grilled Chicken
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Chicken:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 2 lbs)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
