Berry Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup cottage cheese 
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries 
  • 1 tbsp honey  
  • ½ cup milk or juice  
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Add cottage cheese, banana, mixed berries, honey, protein powder, and milk or juice to a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy!
