Berry Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup milk or juice
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, banana, mixed berries, honey, protein powder, and milk or juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy!
